Field of activity
- Supporting the chef in the planning and realisation of the menu
- Preparing dishes to the highest standard
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of the dishes
- Involvement in the training and guidance of kitchen staff
Your profile
- Completed training as a chef
- Creativity, team spirit and a passion for the culinary arts
- Deputising for the head chef in his absence
- Training and development of employees
- Supervision of the posts to ensure smooth operations
- Mediation in the event of problems
